The objective of the B.A. in Human Resource Management program is to train professionals capable of generating business strategies based on human talent; of designing, with strategic vision, company projects that generate value to the company through the talent of people, capable of facing a changing environment, creating more humane, fair, healthy and sustainable work spaces, in addition to managing the cultural and generational diversity within organizations. As a graduate of this program, you will work at directive and managerial levels, in mentoring or coaching in public and private spheres in national or international environments, establishing strategies to manage talent and organizational culture, as well as promoting organizational learning and positive labor relations.
